1. Software Usage & Data Uploads

Profimod is designed to help you calculate your business Profit and Loss (P&L). By using the software, you agree to the following usage rules:

• Data Uploads: You are required to upload your order and settlement sheets into the software.
• Data Accuracy: Profimod calculates P&L strictly based on the sheets you provide. We are not responsible for inaccurate outputs resulting from incorrect, corrupted, or incomplete sheet uploads.
• Lawful Use: You agree to only upload data that you have the legal right to possess and process.

2. Billing & Pay-As-You-Go Policy

Unlike traditional monthly subscriptions, Profimod operates on a flexible, recharge-based credit system tailored to your actual usage:

• Recharge System: Users must add funds (recharge) to their Profimod wallet to utilize the software's calculation features.
• Usage-Based Charges: Credits are deducted from your wallet based directly on the number of orders processed during the P&L calculation.
• Transparency: You will only be charged for what you calculate, ensuring fair pricing for businesses of all sizes.

Payment Terms & No Refund Policy

All recharges made to your Profimod account are final and strictly non-refundable.

We do not provide cash refunds, bank transfers, or chargebacks for unused wallet balances. The credits you purchase have no real-world cash value and can only be consumed within the Profimod software to process your sheets and calculate your P&L.

3. Account Suspension Rules

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Profimod account without prior notice if we detect any of the following:

• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or attempting to compromise our servers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or manipulate the software's billing and credit deduction systems.
• Using the platform for illegal financial activities or fraud.
• Sharing your account credentials with multiple unauthorized users.

4. Limitation of Liability

Profimod is an analytical tool provided "as is". While we strive for 100% calculation accuracy, we are not certified accountants. We are not liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, or business decisions made based on the P&L reports generated by our software. Users are advised to cross-verify data with financial professionals before filing taxes.
